Price conditions
The prices are per flat and night with a minimum stay of 5 nights and an occupancy of 2 persons.

For each additional person we charge 20 €/night.

For a stay of less than 5 nights a surcharge of 10-30% is applied to the indicated prices.

Since 01.01.2014 we are obliged to apply a local tourist tax of €1.55 per person and night for all guests over 14 years of age. This tax is not included in the total price of your stay.

In each holiday flat there is the possibility of adding an extra bed in the rooms or using the pull-out sofa as a sleeping place. If required, we will gladly provide you with a cot free of charge.

Reduction for children
The stay for children from 0-3 years is free, from 3-8 years we charge 10,00 € per day and from 8-14 years 15,00 €.

The price of the overnight stay includes
bed linen, towels (free change), fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, satellite TV, internet, taxes, electricity and heating, final cleaning and the BrixenCard.

Optional services

• Breakfast basket: with healthy products from our farm and South Tyrol
• Bread delivery service: fresh bread in the morning
• Products from our farm: free-range eggs, milk, homemade jam, honey from our beehives, apple juice from our own apples, herbs and seasonal fruit and vegetables.

Domestic animals
By prior arrangement, your pets are welcome at a cost of 15€/night. We ask you to bring your own doghouse or blanket for your pet.

Payment
You can pay in cash – for amounts under 2,000.00 € – and by bank transfer.

Arrival and departure
Our flats can be occupied on the day of arrival from 3.00 pm. For a thorough cleaning of the flats on the day of departure we ask you to vacate the flats by 10.00 am. As day of arrival and departure we prefer Saturday, on Sundays and public holidays, we ask you to arrive or leave before 9.00 am or after 5.00 pm. We thank you for your understanding.

Booking
We prefer to receive written reservations by e-mail. For the reservation we ask you a deposit of 200 € per week. Please note: The booking becomes binding when the deposit is paid for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the booking confirmation is sent.

The deposit will not be refunded in case of cancellation. The following cancellation conditions are applied:

Cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 C.C.
There is no right of cancellation according to the Italian consumer code – nevertheless, we grant you the following cancellation conditions according to Art. 1382 cc: up to 2 months before arrival the reservation can be cancelled free of charge. In this case the deposit will be credited to your next holiday at the Sigmundhof farm. From 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival we keep the deposit. Within the last 4 weeks before arrival the cancellation fee is 100% of the holiday price. In case of late arrival or early departure we charge 100% of the price for the days booked but not used. We expressly refer to the legal provisions of articles 45-67 of the Italian consumer code D. lgs. 206/2005.

Please inform us in good time if you are unable to turn up for your holiday.

Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out ‘ Red Rooster –travel cancellation insurance ‘ when you book your holiday. The insurance covers cancellation fees, so you can enjoy your holiday without any worries.
