The range of entertainment, sports and activities is particularly large at our children’s farm in South Tyrol. Especially for families and children. No matter whether the weather is good or bad, at Sigmundhof farm you have a wide choice of leisure activities.
For our young guests, here at the farm we have a well-equipped playground with a sandpit, swing, slide, climbing frame and children’s playhouse. If the children feel happy, the parents can also relax in peace!
Our large selection of leisure facilities includes table football, table tennis, basketball, darts, badminton, football, a pedal tractor with trailer or a meadow simply for running around. You can also use sports equipment such as skateboards, scooters, and toboggans. If you would like to go on an excursion by bike, we can provide you with our rental bikes.
Various small animals will make your children’s eyes light up! Our goats are just as curious as children and the bunnies and little calves also want to be petted!
If you are here to chill, you can simply lie in the sun and relax while the children play in our playground. But if you prefer to read a good book in the open air or simply sit together, the benches and tables in front of our farm are the ideal place. The surrounding natural scenery invites you to spend exciting days full of joy, in spectacular nature and with moments of authentic well-being. You can also borrow deckchairs and parasols from us for free.

Our children’s farm is also the ideal place for small children. On request we provide a baby bed, highchair, changing table and other useful equipment for your new-born baby.
Even on bad weather days, there is no room for boredom, because on the Sigmundhof farm there are plenty of opportunities to have fun, such as satellite TV, Wi-Fi, table football, darts, children’s toys, board games and books.
How about a hike for the whole family? Set off with the whole family on a hike along the Woody Walk on the Mount Plose! With the cable car you will briefly reach the top of Brixen’s local mountain, where you will not only enjoy a fantastic view of the valley, but your children will also find a large climbing playground and water games. The stroller-friendly Woody Walk leads 2 km up a gentle incline to the Rossalm. In addition to the many attractions along the way, the tour impresses with the wonderful view of the Dolomites.

And in winter? The Mount Plose is the ideal place for your holiday with children also in this season. The Rudi Run run, by far the longest toboggan run in South Tyrol, leads from the Rossalm down into the valley: 10 km of pure fun! Afterwards, of course, a snowball fight is a must. And if you want to give your children an extra treat, you can visit the famous Brixen Christmas market.
