The flat Heu, with an enchanting view of the surrounding South Tyrolean mountains, combines historical structure with modern comfort. It is furnished with great attention to detail. The tailor-made historical furnishings and natural materials create a special feel-good atmosphere. Wooden floors, solid wood furniture and underfloor heating guarantee a pleasant living climate, especially in the cold season.

Layout: 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen, original farmhouse parlour, cloakroom, laundry room, bathroom, WC (separate) and balcony.

Equipment: both bedrooms have a double bed and bed linen, pull-out double sofa bed, balcony with dining table and view of Lake Rodella/Radlsee, where you can enjoy the sunset in the company of your loved ones.

Fully equipped kitchen: wood-burning cooker, ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, various small kitchen appliances as well as crockery and tea towels, cutlery and pots and pans, and a large dining table with corner bench.

Our newly renovated and listed farmhouse parlour fulfils all expectations: original farmhouse stove for the cold season, large dining table with corner bench, folding table for the little ones, pull-out double sofa bed, flat-screen satellite TV and safe.

Central hoover and free Wi-Fi are of course available.

The bathroom with underfloor heating and separate WC has a bathtub, shower, bidet, hairdryer, and towels. A washing machine and a clothes rack are also available in the laundry room.
